comfortable stay but needs maintenance

During my stay, I encountered several issues that were quite concerning. The first was the broken window and door locks, making me feel insecure in my own room. Additionally, I was disappointed to find a lack of hand towels and the absence of breakfast options, which I had hoped would be provided.

Several issues popped up during my stay. The shower broke, the toilet ran all night and wouldn't flush, and I encountered a variety of broken items around the room. Additionally, housekeeping barged in while I was relaxing in what they called a 'hot tub,' which felt intrusive. The pool had a funky smell and was in need of cleaning. Communication was also a letdown, as it took hours to get a simple garbage bag, leading me to fetch one myself. With the state of the place, the photos displayed online seemed heavily doctored.

Perfect for a quick getaway

The staff was very friendly and accommodating which made things easier right from the start. I loved the spacious room with modern amenities it felt cozy yet upscale like home.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you know what they say, you get what you pay for.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating and always available, making my check-in experience seamless. My room surpassed expectations with its spacious layout, cleanliness, and impressive bathroom amenities. I appreciated the well-stocked fridge for snacks and...  

The pasta at nearby Piccola Italia was a revelation—think rich sauces and homemade dough that hit all the right notes! Plus, the pizza at the hotel’s breakfast spot was unexpectedly fantastic, really brought the flavors to life....  

I absolutely loved the large pool! It was perfect for relaxing after long days. The location was a bit tricky to navigate and the restaurant could’ve been better, but overall a nice stay. 😊

great access to local parks and charming urban areas

The easy stroll to nearby santa ana town center and the vibrant feria del agricultor made my stay truly enjoyable, with plenty of charming spots to relax and explore. as a single traveler, I appreciated the comfortable bed and nice workspace in my room, perfect for unwinding after long walks, but the hotel could improve on its response times for requested services.

Not the best for pets

The place is kinda nice and has decent vibes, but don’t expect it to be truly pet-friendly. There are so many pet fees and fines that it felt pretty sketchy checking in. Fortunately, none of the fines got enforced, but it was pretty awkward after a long flight. They do have a nice outdoor dining area though.

The comfortable bed was nice, but the deposit return process was frustrating.

The room was nice and quiet, which was great for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was roomy and clean, and the hot water was fantastic. The bed was comfy, so I woke up refreshed. They provided breakfast with the room, which was a nice touch. Plus, the location was super convenient. I could walk to nearby grocery stores and restaurants. Overall, a solid stay for a night!
